For $3.99 I was a little nervous buying this book because hey who knew how it would be she is a first time publisher. But WOW! This book is great it have a lot of great details a wonderful story line and a new way to capture the reader behind every turn. This book is more for women then men but I recommend anyone who want to read a great book that pulls you in around every corner this is the one! Well worth the Money!

I purchased this book not quite knowing what to expect, but I would describe it as a mystery rom-com. The author keeps the story moving along nicely with likeable (and not so likeable) characters. The story has enough twists in it to keep the reader interested but is still easy enough to follow so that you don't end up confused. The story is also based in Seattle which was also fun to see being a Washingtonian. A great first book - I am looking forward to reading the rest of the series!
Hard to put down. Loved the humor. Would recommend to anyone. Katherine has a great way with words. Two thumbs up!
When the world is crazy, sometimes you need a fun book where you know the heroine will prevail. This book is a great escape from reality.

I love the authors style and her descriptions make you feel

This book was fast paced and easy to read. Roxy was a fun and feisty character and her friends and foes were described so that you could picture who they were. Fun to read and it keeps you guessing who the real murderer is. Looking forward to more books by Katherine Bacher.
This book was a fun read. I am impressed that a book with characters a couple of generations younger than me could hold my interest and make me chuckle frequently as well. I loved the fact that Katherine Bacher had a good story line, and wrote a fast-paced, humorous mystery where the humor didn't seem forced. The writing was very good and this book was well done all the way around, especially for a first published work.
